This is a new IPMA project aimed at the youngest and is an informal learning program aimed at developing project management skills in children of different ages. The program is designed so that through workshops and games, knowledge is acquired, creativity and initiative are developed, curiosity is nurtured, and teamwork and communication are practiced. By signing this agreement, IPMA Serbia joined the group of over 20 national associations from project management within IPMA, which also expressed their desire to bring the basics of project thinking closer to the youngest through workshops and learning through play.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d4a1418 e-con-boxed e-con\" data-id=\"d4a1418\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;content_width&quot;:&quot;boxed&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b4c564a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b4c564a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>To successfully implement the IPMA Kids project globally, it is important to build a network of key partners, namely the national associations for project management within IPMA, which implement the project at the local level. The project is designed for schools, teachers, companies, institutions, and volunteers who want to work on popularizing project management among young people. The IPMA Kids project contributes to the fulfillment of IPMA&#8217;s vision to promote project management competencies at a global level in order to develop an environment in which all projects are successful. Through this and other IPMA projects, IPMA works on joint creation and uses the diversity of the IPMA global network in order to achieve benefits for the profession, the economy, society, and the environment.
