In the period from \u00a06 to 7 February 2025,\u00a0 <\/strong>the \u00a09th IPMA SENET Conference on Project Management was held \u00a0under the slogan “Skiing through successes and failures \u2013 Real project insights”. <\/em>\u00a0The conference brought together leading experts in the field of project management from the SENET region, providing a platform for the exchange of knowledge, experiences and best practices.<\/p>\n

The conference was officially opened by Prof. Dr. Vladimir Obradovi\u0107, who emphasized the importance of continuous improvement in project management, especially in the context of dynamic changes and challenges that organizations across the region are facing.<\/p>\n

Round Table: Challenges and Opportunities in Project Management across the SENET Region<\/strong><\/p>\n

After the opening, Prof. Dr. Obradovic participated in a round table entitled\u00a0 “Challenges and opportunities in project management across SENET region,”\u00a0 <\/em>where eminent panelists discussed key challenges and opportunities for improving project management practices in the region. The topics of discussion included digitalization, agile methods, risk management and the development of competencies of future project managers.<\/p>\n

This prestigious event once again confirmed the importance of cooperation and knowledge exchange among project management professionals, laying the foundations for innovation and improvement of practices in the future.<\/p>\n
