It combines different approaches to learning, such as training workshops, conferences, events, e-learning programs, best practice techniques, etc. focused to become proactive and improve your professional development.<\/p>\n<p>According to the IPMA ICR v4.1, all individuals certified by IPMA 4LC system need to achieve at least 35 hours of CPD hours each year, which is proportionate to 175 hours in 5 years,\u00a0in order to be eligible for re-certification.<\/p>\n<p>Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a personal commitment made by a project professional to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>expand professional capabilities;<\/li>\n<li>keep up to date with trends;<\/li>\n<li>improve job performance by learning using various sources and approaches;<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-8801 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/ipma.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/unnamed-300x188.jpg\" alt=\"Continuing Professional Development\" width=\"300\" height=\"188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ipma.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/unnamed-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ipma.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/unnamed.jpg 512w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/li>\n<li>prepare for professional IPMA certification and re-certification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is how IPMA Serbia Cert sees your CPD journey in project management:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Non-formal CPD activities<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"516\"><strong>Non-formal CPD activities (min 35h\/y and min 175h\/5y) &#8211;
