The first meeting of programme committee of 25th<\/sup> International Congress on Project Management<\/strong> \u201cResponsible and Resilient Project Management\u201d was held on April 23rd<\/sup> in the premises of the Serbian Project Management Association \u2013 IPMA Serbia. The 25th<\/sup> International Congress on Project Management will be held in Belgrade from September 9th<\/sup> to September 11th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

The first meeting of programme committee was organised by IPMA Serbia. The attendance at the meeting were prof. Vladimir Obradovi\u0107, PhD<\/strong>, President of IPMA Serbia and Full Professor at Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade; prof. Dane Subo\u0161i\u0107, PhD<\/strong>, Rector of the University of Criminal Investigation and Police Studies; prof. Ivan Vuli\u0107, PhD<\/strong>, colonel, Vice-rector for Science and Research of University of Defense; Dejan Mileti\u0107, PhD<\/strong>, Acting Director of the National Academy of Public Administration; prof. Aca Jovanovi\u0107, PhD<\/strong>, Dean of The Faculty of Project and Innovation Management; prof. Ivana Beri\u0107, PhD<\/strong>, Vice-dean for Teaching and International Cooperation of The Faculty of Project and In\"THEnovation Management; prof. Ivan Mihajlovi\u0107<\/strong>, Vice-dean for Research and International Cooperation of The Technical Faculty in Bor; prof. Marija Todorovi\u0107, PhD<\/strong>, Associate Professor at Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade and IPMA Serbia Executive Director; and Bojan Grebi\u0107<\/strong>, Project Coordinator of 25th<\/sup> International Congress on Project Management.<\/p>\n

Prof. Vladimir Obradovi\u0107, PhD, presented the goals of the Congress to the members of the programme committee and emphasized that cooperation of institutions organising the Congress is the key for successful development of responsible and resilient project management in the future. The members of the programme committee conclu<\/p>\n

\"THE<\/p>\n

ded that the international aspect of Congress is very important for acquiring new knowledge and improving project excellence in our country, and agreed that the 25th<\/sup> International Congress on Project Management significantly contributes better cooperation between all participants and organisers.<\/p>\n

The members of the programme committee agreed that the greatest attention should be connecting with companies and state institutions in order to engage participants from both public and private sector. To achieve this, various panel discussions and roundtables on sustainable development practice and challenges will be held during the Congress, and the strategical project management in defense and security will take a significant place, as well.<\/p>\n

At the end of the meeting, the members of the programme committee defined the plan of the Congress and agreed on the realisation of plenary sessions, presentation of the papers, the PMO meeting, the section \u201cWomen in Project Management\u201d, and workshops for students and young project managers. During the Congress, the International Project Management Championship (IPMC)<\/a> will be oragnised.<\/p>\n
