This competition provides an opportunity for young people to receive recognition for their work and contribution in the field of project management, while also receiving valuable prizes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The aim of awarding the award is to promote the profession and to recognize individuals for outstanding results achieved in 2022. The award competition is open to all <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ipma.rs\/young-crew-o-nama\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">young people up to the age of 35<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, who led a project or wrote a paper that was completed\/published in 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the IPMA Serbia Youth Awards 2022 competition, prizes are awarded for the following three categories:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Best project;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Best Young Project Manager;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and Best Research Paper.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Participation in the competition for prizes is free of charge.
