Skiing through successes and failures – Real project insights

In the period from  6 to 7 February 2025,  the  9th IPMA SENET Conference on Project Management was held  under the slogan “Skiing through successes and failures – Real project insights”.  The conference brought together leading experts in the field of project management from the SENET region, providing a platform for the exchange of knowledge, experiences and best practices.

The conference was officially opened by Prof. Dr. Vladimir Obradović, who emphasized the importance of continuous improvement in project management, especially in the context of dynamic changes and challenges that organizations across the region are facing.

Round Table: Challenges and Opportunities in Project Management across the SENET Region

After the opening, Prof. Dr. Obradovic participated in a round table entitled  “Challenges and opportunities in project management across SENET region,”  where eminent panelists discussed key challenges and opportunities for improving project management practices in the region. The topics of discussion included digitalization, agile methods, risk management and the development of competencies of future project managers.

This prestigious event once again confirmed the importance of cooperation and knowledge exchange among project management professionals, laying the foundations for innovation and improvement of practices in the future.
