The goal of the awards is to promote the profession and give recognition for outstanding results to individuals.
The best project
This award is given to a team that have demonstrated extraordinary achievements in the field of project management. Every year, IPMA Serbia awards the best project and the team that have shown great knowledge and capabilities. This is a unique recognition in the field of project management, which can be a significant step in the further development of a career of an individual, in this field.

The best young project manager
This award recognizes individuals who had demonstrated outstanding achievements in project management. Every year, IPMA Serbia selects the top three young project managers who have shown great knowledge, initiative and leadership in various areas of project management.

- Recognition for the best young project manager,
- IPMA level D® Certification for the three best project managers with a discount of 100%, 50% and 25% respectively
The best research paper
This award aims to promote the research that contributes to project management improvement. Every year, IPMA Serbia provides recognition to professionally conducted research and outstanding contribution to the development in the field of project management.
