What We Do:
The members of IPMA Young Crew Serbia are engaged in the development of the project management profession through the organization of various events such as workshops, competitions, round tables, lectures, simulations and more, all with the aim of:
- Connecting young people under 35 who are interested in project management
- Acquiring new knowledge in the field
- Exchange of experience in the practice of young project managers
- Comparisons of theoretical principles and practical experiences
- Training and exchange of experience about project management tools
- Awareness raising and education on upcoming trends in the field
- Introducing students to the practical world of project management through presentations of potential internships and employment in the field in partner companies of IPMA associations and through examples of young project managers from different industries.
