The long-term cooperation with the Faculty of Civil Engineering was officially marked today by the signing of an agreement that opens the door to the development of joint educational and research initiatives in the field of project management, which are applied in the construction industry. Special attention will be paid to the integration of internationally recognized methodologies and standards into curricula, as well as to the improvement of practical knowledge and skills of students through IPMA’s certification and educational programs. The cooperation will enable students and professors to access the IPMA REG system for international registration of educational programs, which will increase the recognition and relevance of the acquired qualifications in the global market.

Also, the organization of joint scientific research projects and events is planned, with the aim of disseminating modern approaches in the field of project management, both in theory and in practice. Students of the Faculty of Civil Engineering will be able to participate in numerous activities that IPMA Serbia regularly organizes, such as the Project Management Championship (PMC) and Global eCollaboration Competition (GeCCo), PM Days, as well as educational workshops and panels that will contribute to the development of their competencies. The signing of this agreement is a key step towards long-term cooperation, which will significantly improve the quality of education and empower students as future professionals in the field of project management in the construction industry.

We would like to remind you that the team of the Faculty of Civil Engineering was the winner of this year’s National Project Management Competition PMC 2024.
