Winners of the IPMA Serbia Award Competition – Young Awards 2025

As part of the award competition “IPMA Serbia Young Awards 2025”, IPMA Serbia granted recognitions to young project managers and students for outstanding achievements in the field of project management. The competition was conducted in the categories Best Project and Best Research Paper, with additional special awards presented for contributions to the development of the project management profession and academic work.

In the Best Project category, the award was presented to Marija Vesić for the project “EbuWine – Development of the First Digital Ebulliometer in Serbia for Wine Quality Assessment”, recognized for its innovativeness and the application of contemporary project management methodologies.

In the Best Research Paper category at the master’s academic level, the award was granted to Jelena Stišović for the paper “Specifics of Risk Management in a Hybrid Approach to IT Project Management”. The award for Best Research Paper at the undergraduate academic level was presented to Veljko Vučetić for the paper “The Role of Product Management in the Development of Digital Products: The Case of a Mobile Application for Personal Finance Management”.

Special recognitions for exceptional contributions at the master’s academic level were awarded to Jovana Janaćković for the master’s thesis “Analysis and Evaluation of Entrepreneurial Ventures in the Wellness Industry” and to Aleksandar Đurđević for the master’s thesis “Application of Agile Project Management Methodology to Organizational Change Management Processes”. The Recognition for Outstanding Contribution to the Development of the Project Management Profession among Young People was awarded to Isidora Rakić, Project Manager of the DigiEduHack 2025 project.

The awarded recognitions represent confirmation of the quality of the academic and professional work of the recipients, as well as IPMA Serbia’s commitment to the continuous advancement of knowledge and professional standards in the field of project management.

IPMA Serbia extends its sincere congratulations to the award winners and expresses its gratitude to all participants of the competition for their engagement, while inviting young professionals and researchers to take part in future programs and activities of the association.

Last evening, under the organization of the Serbian Project Management Association – IPMA Serbia, a ceremonial award of certificates and diplomas was also held, symbolically marking the completion of an important cycle of professional development in the field of project management.

On this occasion, IPMA certificates for the 4-L-C levels, as well as CCT (Consultant, Coach, Trainer) certificates, were awarded, confirming the high level of knowledge, competencies, and commitment to professional standards of the candidates who successfully passed the demanding evaluation processes.

In addition to certificates, REG diplomas were also presented to candidates who achieved notable results within IPMA Serbia’s registered educational and professional programs.
