27 Dec Winners of the IPMA Serbia Young Awards 2024 Announced
The best young project managers and researchers have been officially recognized as part of the prestigious IPMA Serbia Young Awards 2024.
The awards were presented in two main categories: Best Project and Best Research Paper, covering works completed during undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral academic studies.
In the Best Project category, the prestigious award was granted to Dunja Popović for her outstanding project “DigiEduHack 2024”, which has been recognized for its innovation and significant contribution to the education sector through digitalization.
The Best Research Paper category awards were given to:
- Alessandra Montenegro, from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, for her doctoral dissertation titled “Resilient Project Management”.
- Mila Jovkić, a master’s student at the Faculty for Project and Innovation Management (Prof. Dr. Petar Jovanović), for her paper titled “Analysis of the Need to Intensify Mentorship Support Projects for Women Entrepreneurs in Digital Entrepreneurship”.
- Jovana Janaćković, an undergraduate student at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, for her paper titled “Specifics of Project Management in the Construction Industry”.
These awards serve as a recognition of the hard work, dedication, and innovation of young talents while also encouraging further development of project management theory and practice.
IPMA Serbia congratulates all the winners and extends gratitude to all participants for their contributions.
