IPMA Serbia is pleased to announce the commencement of applications for its prestigious and valuable awards for young talents in the field of project management for the year 2023. The aim is to recognize and reward young project managers under the age of 35 who have achieved exceptional results in the field of project management. The IPMA Serbia Youth Awards 2023 present an opportunity for all ambitious young project managers in Serbia to stand out and be recognized for their outstanding contributions in the field of project management. Whether you have led a team, implemented revolutionary strategies, or demonstrated problem-solving abilities, we want to hear your inspirational story.

The competition is open to all young individuals up to 35 years of age who have led projects or authored papers (bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral dissertations) completed during the year 2023. IPMA Serbia will grant awards in three key categories:

        1. Best Project,
        2. Best Young Project Manager,
        3. Best Research Paper (bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral dissertations)
It’s important to note that participation in the Youth competition is entirely free, and all submissions will be carefully assessed by an independent jury in accordance with IPMA standards.

To apply, you need to submit:

  • A CV in PDF format in free form.

For the Best Project award:

  • Application form with the applicant’s personal information (in PDF format);
  • Project application form (in Word format).

For the Best Young Project Manager award:

  • Application form with the applicant’s personal information (in PDF format);
  • Project application form (in Word format).

For the Best Research/Thesis award:

  • Application form with the applicant’s personal information (in PDF format);
  • Research paper application form (in Word format);
  • Research paper.

Applications for the IPMA Serbia Youth Awards should be sent to the email address office@ipma.rs by November 30, 2023, with the mandatory specification of the category you are applying for.

The winners of these prestigious awards will be announced in the second half of December, and the award ceremony promises to be an unforgettable event.
