IPMA Serbia, as the leading association for project management, is organizing the traditional PM Days event, which will be held during the month of November. This event brings together experts from various industries, as well as young professionals, through a series of workshops, panels and sections dedicated to improving skills in the field of project management.
The program begins on November 7th with the Young Crew workshop, which is designed for young professionals who want to develop their project management skills. This interactive workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to gain practical knowledge, connect with experts and advance their careers in the field of project management. The next session, Women in Project Management, scheduled for November 14th, will focus on the challenges women face in this field. With the moderator Dušica Nikolić, the participants will exchange experiences and discuss the establishment of a work-life balance, as well as the ways in which they make an impact in the project environment. The SimulTrain® business simulation, scheduled for November 15th, will enable participants to acquire key project management skills through an online simulation, as well as to improve teamwork and leadership skills. The moderator of the workshop will be Marco Buijnsters from the Netherlands, an expert in project and quality management and IPMA vice president. On November 19th, a PMO workshop will be held, where the new IPMA standard for PMO will be presented. Moderator Vladimir Rašović from Siemens Energy will lead the participants through a discussion on the application of this standard in various industries. The last event of PM Days 2024, which takes place on November 20th, is Sustainable Project Management, which will discuss how ESG can contribute to understanding the key areas of responsible business, setting goals, designing timelines, learning how to measure and monitor progress.
