Siemens Mobility d.o.o. Cerovac has become a platinum partner of IPMA Serbia. The company has been operating as a leader in sustainable, reliable, and safe transportation solutions for more than 160 years. The main activities of the company include the production of railway rolling stock, automation and electrification of rails, the production of railway solutions, the production of intelligent railway systems, and related services. Our cooperation began in March 2023, with the participation of employees from the company in the IPMA certification program for project managers. The company has demonstrated its willingness to provide its employees with the opportunity for professional development and improvement of project management competencies, which have been internationally verified through the IPMA certification program. The cooperation continued through the participation of company representatives in other activities of IPMA Serbia, such as meetings of the IPMA Serbia SIG PMO, participation in IPMA Serbia congresses, IPMA Serbia Awards for young project managers, etc. We will continue the successfully started cooperation in the coming period with activities related to IPMA Serbia SIG Women in Project Management, the organization of panels on topics that are important in the areas the company deals with, as well as our continuous contribution to the development of the competences of the company’s employees in the field of project management through numerous IPMA Serbia activities.
