The IPMA Serbia Young Project Management Awards competition has concluded

The most outstanding young project managers and researchers have been announced within the IPMA Serbia Awards in categories for the best young project manager, best project, and best research in master and undergraduate academic studies.

The IPMA Serbia Young Awards is a traditional event celebrating young professionals in project management. Awards were given in three categories:
  • Best Young Project Manager,
  • Best Project, and
  • Best Research in undergraduate and master’s academic studies
The ceremonial award ceremony took place on Friday, December 15, 2023.

The award for the best young project manager was granted to Miloš Stevanović from Siemens Energy, who successfully led the “Mireo Car Shell Relocation and Installation to Kragujevac” project. The award for the best research in undergraduate studies went to Ana Matejić from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences for her successful defense of the final paper titled “Managing the Launch of a New Cosmetic Product,” while the award for the best research in master’s studies was presented to Olga Tošić from the same faculty for her master’s thesis titled “Application of Game Theory Principles in Agile Software Development.”

The recognition for an exceptional innovative idea contributing to the women’s community goes to Jelena Mirić from the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad for the project ”Women’s Initiative – Pink Flag”.

All award recipients are granted an annual Young Crew IPMA Serbia membership valid for one year, while those awarded for the best final and master’s thesis receive a complimentary registration for participation in the 12th Research Conference in Maryland.

IPMA Serbia congratulates the winners and extends gratitude to all participants in the awards competition. They invite everyone to continue working together to enhance project management theory and practice and to traditionally organize the IPMA Serbia Young Awards event.
